This project was developed for a telecommunications company with the objective of measuring the performance of all its suppliers, including major brands such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Motorola, and others.
The solution consisted of building an analytical framework to evaluate key logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, delivery lead time, order fulfillment rate, damage rate during transit, and replenishment lead times, among others. The model enabled performance comparison across suppliers, identification of improvement opportunities, and provided reliable insights to support strategic decision-making in logistics, procurement, and supplier management.
